Pelvic Health at Fundamental Health

Pelvic health looks different for everyone. Symptoms may include pelvic pain, sexual pain, erectile dysfunction, hip/groin/lower back pain, prolapse symptoms, vaginal dryness, bowel and bladder concerns such as constipation or urinary urgency or frequency, confidence with knowing when and what to do post-natal.

Pelvic health is often multi-faceted, we often think about the obvious symptoms, but there is more to consider such as lifestyle management, gut health / microbiome, stress management, emotional and mental wellbeing.
