Liz holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra and has spent the past decade working in women’s, men’s, and pelvic health physiotherapy. She has completed advanced training in internal assessment and treatment techniques, with key areas of interest including perimenopause and menopause, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, prolapse, post‑natal care, and male pelvic health.

Drawing on her Clinical Pilates training through Dance Medicine Australia, Liz uses exercise and movement as catalysts for meaningful change. She integrates knowledge of body systems—particularly the nervous system—to optimise outcomes and help clients reconnect with their bodies. Her approach is grounded in collaboration and education, empowering each client to better understand their body and take an active role in their recovery and wellbeing.

With experience across hospital and private practice settings, Liz has also provided physiotherapy in aged care, functional rehabilitation, orthopaedics, musculoskeletal, and neurological health. Outside work, she enjoys life with her partner and two children, and their much‑loved dogs and small flock of backyard chickens.
