Are you struggling with pelvic pain that is affecting your quality of life?

Have you lost confidence in your body’s ability to support you during exercise?

Do you have to rush to the loo urgently?

Do you have sexual dysfunction (pain, erectile dysfunction) that is affecting your relationship?

Are you recovering from birth but not sure when you should be exercising, or how much?

Pelvic Health Physiotherapists have additional training and skills in assessing and treating the muscles and joints of the pelvis.

Alternative options are always given should you wish for this not happen.

After the assessment, together a plan will be created to achieve your goals and to improve your pelvic symptoms and overall wellbeing.
