  • Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Psychology and Massage Therapy are usually covered under Health Insurance plans with extras.

    Please bring your private health insurance card to your appointment to claim your HICAPS rebate on the spot.

    • Naturopathy is not covered under private health insurance.

  • Osteopathy and Physiotherapy can be claimed with Medicare if you have a Medicare Team Care Arrangement Plan (TCA) from your GP. You will receive a Medicare rebate for up to five appointments per calendar year.

    These sessions are not bulk billed.

    The appointment is to be paid in full at the time of your session, and you will receive a partial rebate from Medicare of approximately $60.

    We submit your claim at the time of payment. The rebate will be credited to whichever bank account you have linked with Medicare (usually within 24–48 hours).

    Psychology appointments for those who have a valid GP referral through the Better Access program, will receive a rebate of $96.65.

  • If you have any relevant X-rays, scans or medical reports, please bring them along.

    Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Some disrobing may be required with your consent for our manual therapists - ie. massage, physio, osteo, acupuncture.

    If you are attending a Clinical Pilates class, please wear comfortable clothes, and closed shoes.

  • Your medical information is private and confidential and is stored securely. You will be asked for your consent prior to any information being disclosed to a third party such as your GP or your health insurer, unless compelled by legislation. You can ask for a copy of your own file at any time.

  • Please advise if you cannot attend your appointment by 3pm the day PRIOR to your appointment.

    Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments within this timeframe, or failure to attend (no-shows) will attract a cancellation fee of $100.
