Osteopath Position
Part-Time or Full-Time
Fundamental Health is looking for an Osteopath to join our team towards the end of 2026 (or earlier for the right person).
We're an established multidisciplinary practice in Kambah with a strong reputation in women's health. Alongside osteopathy, our team includes pelvic health physiotherapists, psychologists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, naturopaths and Clinical Pilates practitioners. We work closely together, share ideas, and genuinely enjoy what we do.
We're looking for someone who has an interest in women's health, pregnancy and pelvic health, or someone who would like to develop in this area. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll have the opportunity to build a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. We don't believe clinicians should be left to figure things out on their own. Our focus is on helping you become a confident, capable practitioner who provides excellent care and enjoys coming to work.
If you're a new graduate, you'll join our established 2-year mentoring program. You'll receive structured weekly mentoring built into your work hours, regular check-ins, clinical support whenever you need it, and plenty of opportunities to discuss cases and continue learning. We've spent years refining the program to make sure new graduates feel supported, challenged and confident as they develop their own style of practice.
We'd Love to Meet Someone Who
Is registered (or soon to be registered) with AHPRA.
Has an interest in women's health, pelvic health and pregnancy care, or is keen to learn.
Enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Is curious, thoughtful and enjoys learning.
Is kind, approachable and communicates well with patients and colleagues.
Wants to build long-term relationships with patients and be part of a practice that genuinely values quality care.
Experience in internal pelvic health assessment and treatment is welcomed but certainly isn't essential.
Why Work With Us?
We're proud of the team we've built. People support each other, celebrate each other's successes and aren't afraid to ask questions. We enjoy working together, and we think that makes us better clinicians.
Some of the things we offer include:
A busy, established referral base.
Weekly paid mentoring and clinical support built into your diary.
An established new graduate program with ongoing mentoring and regular check-ins for the first two years of your contract.
Monthly in-house professional development with our multidisciplinary team.
Financial contribution towards external CPD.
Opportunities to develop new skills, including Clinical Pilates training.
Regular team lunches, social events and our annual beach weekend away.
Excellent remuneration.
Assistance with relocation costs for the right applicant.
A workplace that values kindness, collaboration, balance and looking after both our patients and each other.
If this sounds like somewhere you'd enjoy working, we'd love to hear from you.
