At our Fundamental Studio, we offer a number of Clinical Pilates classes.
Our studio hosts small classes (5 people). Our instructors are experienced clinicians, and understand the importance of movement for health, both physical and mental. Meet our instructors here.

All genders, ages and abilities are welcome!
Clinical Pilates is a form of Pilates that is adapted and supervised by a highly qualified healthcare professional. Your clinician will provide you with a tailored program of exercises guided by a thorough medical history and functional assessment.
Clinical Pilates is effective in the treatment of:
Lower back pain
Neck and shoulder pain
Sports injuries
Pre and post-natal care
Arthritis
Pre and post-surgery rehabilitation
Pelvic pain and prolapse management
Neurological conditions including MS, stroke and Parkinson’s Disease.
Beyond physical rehabilitation, these classes foster a strong sense of community and connection.

Our Pre and Post-natal Clinical Pilates classes are designed to support women through pregnancy and beyond, with a strong focus on pelvic health, safe movement, and long-term wellbeing.
These classes are for people who are currently pregnant (any stage), and for those who are post partum and have a young child who they would like to bring along. Children need to be non-mobile (on floor, or strapped in) for their safety and the safety of the other participants.
Classes are kept intentionally small, with a maximum of five participants, allowing our clinicians to provide close supervision, individual modifications, and a supportive group environment. Sessions are led by physiotherapists and osteopaths who have additional pelvic health training, ensuring exercises are appropriate for the changing demands of pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Please call the clinic to be on our waitlist - more classes will be opened with demand.
