Receptionist – Allied Health
Part-Time | 15–20 Hours per Week | Kambah, Canberra
Fundamental Health is an established multidisciplinary allied health clinic based in Kambah, Canberra. We provide integrated, evidence-based healthcare with a strong focus on women's health while welcoming people of all ages and stages of life.
We're looking for a warm, organised and proactive Receptionist to become an integral part of our friendly team.
The Role
This position will be a part-time position, approximately between 15–20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours to provide leave cover when required.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy clinic.

Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Thrives in a busy environment and can confidently manage multiple competing priorities.
Works proactively and independently, recognising what needs to be done to help the clinic operate efficiently.
Is caring, kind and values being part of a supportive team.
Communicates professionally and confidently with patients and colleagues.
Has experience in reception, administration or customer service (experience in healthcare and practice management software is highly regarded but not essential).
