Rebecca Bibbens

Naturopath

Rebecca completed her Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy at ACNT in Sydney in 1997. She later completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) at Charles Sturt University, in 2002, for which she received a Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. She has continued to update herself through continuing professional education training, across a broad range of health conditions.

Rebecca grew up with the Naturopathic way of eating whole foods and using food as medicine. Her mum changed their family’s diet when she was young due to multiple health issues in the family and after seeing a Naturopath. Rebecca had an early interest in nutrition and how vitamins and minerals worked in the body and this led her to study Naturopathy.

Rebecca likes to get to the cause of the health problem. She will evaluate the functioning of the whole body and help you to discover the driving factors for your ill health. She will address digestive issues, food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies, and toxicity. She likes to create simple, individualised treatment protocols using herbal medicine and nutrient-dense foods and supplements.

Conditions that Rebecca is passionate about include:

  • Hormonal issues/PMS

  • PCOS

  • Fibroids

  • PID

  • Endometriosis

  • Menopause

  • Digestive health, IBS

  • Thyroid and weight issues

When she isn’t working you will find her gardening and talking to the bees, playing tennis, or hiking in the bush.
