This class is our strength-based group exercise class run by our Exercise Physiologist, Juliana.

  • Increase upper body, lower body and core strength

  • Improve your endurance

  • Increase muscle mass and improve overall fitness

  • Working with an exercise physiologist will allow for all abilities, genders, ages and fitness levels to get involved. Your program will be tailored to suit where you’re at.

Increasing strength and endurance may reduce the risk of developing chronic conditions and disease, such as osteoarthritis; can help to manage chronic pain and old injuries.

A one-on-one booking with Juliana is preferred so that the class can be tailored more to you, however this is not necessary.

We have all equipment required at our studio.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time as we will be starting strictly on time. Late comers may not be admitted.

No shows or late cancellations (within 12hours) will forfeit their class fee.
