At Fundamental Health, we offer a range of Clinical Pilates group classes designed to support strength, mobility, and confidence in movement, while fostering a sense of community, accountability, and enjoyment.
Our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of five participants per session, allowing our clinicians to provide close supervision and individual guidance within a group setting. This ensures exercises can be safely modified to suit individual needs, injuries, or goals, while still benefiting from the motivation and connection of training alongside others.
All classes are led by experienced clinicians, including physiotherapists and osteopaths, who understand the vital role that targeted movement plays in both physical and mental wellbeing. Sessions are carefully structured to promote control, stability, and functional strength using Clinical Pilates principles and equipment.
Group sessions run for 45 minutes and are available according to our studio timetable. Due to the clinical nature of our classes, a Personalised Assessment is required prior to joining any session, ensuring your program is appropriate, safe, and tailored to your body.
This approach allows us to maintain a high standard of care while offering a supportive and welcoming studio environment.
