Pre and Post-natal Clinical Pilates classes

Our Pre and Post-natal Clinical Pilates classes are designed to support women through pregnancy and beyond, with a strong focus on pelvic health, safe movement, and long-term wellbeing.

Classes are kept intentionally small, with a maximum of five participants, allowing our clinicians to provide close supervision, individual modifications, and a supportive group environment. Sessions are led by physiotherapists and osteopaths who have additional pelvic health training, ensuring exercises are appropriate for the changing demands of pregnancy and the postnatal period.

For our postnatal class attendees, a pelvic floor assessment is required prior to commencing, as well as our standard Pilates Assessment. This assessment can be completed with one of our pelvic health–trained practitioners, or with your own pelvic health clinician. This ensures your program is safe, targeted, and aligned with your recovery goals.

Postnatal Clinical Pilates session with a mother and non-mobile baby, focused on pelvic floor and core strength in a women’s health studio.

Beyond physical rehabilitation, these classes foster a strong sense of community and connection, with many women forming lasting friendships through shared experience. Our long-term goals extend beyond movement alone, supporting improvements in pelvic floor function, continence, core strength, and confidence in everyday activity.

Babies are welcome to attend postnatal sessions, provided they are non-mobile. Mothers remain responsible for their baby throughout the class. We aim to create a calm, understanding environment where both mums and babies feel welcome.

Group sessions run for 45 minutes and are available as per our studio timetable.
