1) Remember to take your pelvic pain toolkit with you - heat/TENS/pain killers etc.
2) Continue your pelvic stretches. Make time each day to do a few, to keep on top/ahead of pain.
3) Stay hydrated! 2L water a day, more if you are exercising, in hot weather or consuming alcohol.
4) Avoid constipation! Lots of water and fibre. Stool softeners can be an added aid.
5) Take frequent breaks and move when travelling. Taking a pillow can be a comfort aid.
6) Remember breath is your secret weapon! Breath work helps relax your belly and pelvis aiding pain.
7) Stay active. If movement is a usual part of your routine, keep it going!
8) Manage stress and set boundaries. The holidays can be a lot, put yourself first.
9) Take some time for yourself every day. Time to prioritise self-care and your pain management.
