What is the Perrin Technique?

An osteopathic approach to treat chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and long COVID. These conditions often have debilitating effects for the patient often caused by an accumulation of chemicals and toxic substances in the spinal cord and brain.

What is it and why it matters?

The Perrin technique is a gentle technique developed in 1989 by Dr Raymond Perrin (osteopath) aimed at the lymphatic system and nervous system gently applied to the body to help clear it of toxins, inflammation and lymphatic congestion.

These conditions often cause:

Persistent brain fog, pain and fatigue

  • The body not clearing inflammation as well as it should

  • Sleep disturbances
